We’re looking for motivated, responsible individuals who work well in a team, have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You will ensure a healthy, safe, and pleasant environment for the animals and our clients, be it at the vet clinic or the grooming centre.

Available full-time roles:

  1. Veterinarians
  2. Veterinary Nurses or Technicians

1. Veterinarians:

This full-time position is for a 4-day work week. Recent graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Vet candidates will need to possess a valid AVS veterinary licence to practise veterinary medicine in Singapore.

Responsibilities include: Consultations, surgeries, in-patient management, housecall consultations, and clinical procedures.

Ideally, you should be proficient in routine surgeries, available to start soon, and able to work weekends.

This is an exciting opportunity to fully utilise and develop your skills and gain extensive knowledge of specialist in-patient care.

Our practice is well-equipped with digital radiography, ultrasonography, iM3 GS dental unit, in-house IDEXX biochemistry and haematology machines, surgery room with isoflurane-anaesthetic machine, and many more.

Veterinary licensing: Generally, veterinary degrees from veterinary schools fully accredited by the AVMA, RCVS or AVBC are acceptable qualifications for obtaining a licence in Singapore. These degrees may be issued by the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and AVMA-accredited veterinary schools.

Those who hold veterinary degrees from non-recognised universities may still be eligible for licensing if they have passed certain exams.

2. Vet Nurses or Technicians:

No experience required. This full-time position is for a 4-day work week, including 3 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Vet nurses who are primarily based at the Upper Thomson location of the Paws N’ Claws Veterinary Surgery vet clinic may be expected to spend 1 work day per week at the Yishun location (Paws N’ Claws vet clinic and Medical Grooming Centre).

3. Pet / Medical Groomers:

Minimum 1 year experience, or send us your portfolio for consideration.

This full-time position is for a 4-day work week, including 3 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Basic requirements for all roles:

  • Comfortable handling all animals
  • Willing to learn, good attitude
  • Aligns closely with our Fear-Free concept
  • Able to multi-task efficiently
  • Good communication skills
